Camera M Dual or Triple Photo Mode

Dual/Triple Photo

On dual-camera devices, this mode allows simultaneous capture of an image from each camera - saves two images total. For example, on a device with a rear Wide Angle camera and Telephoto camera, this mode captures a full-resolution, native image from Wide Angle camera and another full-resolution, native image from Telephoto camera just from a single shutter tap. A grid overlay is visible within camera preview to properly compose for the telephoto angle shot. This overlay becomes red when the currently focused distance is too close for the telephoto angle shot.

On triple-camera devices, this mode captures an image from Ultra Wide camera, Wide camera, and Telephoto camera simultaneously - saves three images total. The image from Ultra Wide camera may contain a black border due to not having geometric distortion correction. A grid overlay is visible within the camera preview to assist properly compose for telephoto and wide-angle shots. This overlay becomes red when the currently focused distance is too close for the telephoto angle shot.

For this mode, the camera has to be switched to a Dual camera or Triple camera. These cameras do not support manual controls; however, locking focus, exposure, or white balance is possible.
